Aug 28-Sept 4th: Albuquerque, NM: Women's Qigong and Taoism Retreat with Livia Kohn and Deborah Davis Come join Livia and I at her pristine mountaintop retreat center in New Mexico. I will be teaching Women's Qigong and she will teach us Taoist meditations and theory as well as Taoist cooking! November 7-12 : Kripalu Ccnter for Yoga & Health, Stockbridge, Mass. This 5 day intensive will offer a qigong form designed specifically for women, special ovarian breathing to balance hormones & heal the reproductive organs, qigong walking, meditation, self massage and healing time both individually and within the group. Jan. 6th: Eye of the Seer Internet Radio: 7-8pm pacific Intuitive Readings Show: First 10 minutes we'll talk about intuitive readings and then callers can receive free mini readings. Tell your friends and call in!
April 10-11th: Body Mind Spirit Expo, Portland Oregon I will have a booth for Intuitive readings and Medical intuitive consultations. This is a good way to sample a reading with me or get a Medical Qigong consultation. My book/DVD will be on sale at booth. May 7-9: Breitenbush Hot Springs & Retreat Center, Detroit, Oregon Women's Qigong Weekend Workshop. This is a great healing place with natural hot springs, beautiful woods and river. We will do some of our qigong practice outside to drink in the energies of this sacred land. July 16-18th: Kripalu Ccnter for Yoga & Health, Stockbridge, Mass. I will be teaching the Dynamic Woman Form from my book. This benefits women of all ages and helps prevent breast cancer, improves balance and coordination, reduces stress and improves heart health. We will also do uterine palace exercises as well.
